Today is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation! Time to Talk Day 2022 is run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness in England, and is all about encouraging the public to have meaningful conversations with family, friends, or colleagues about mental health. We all have mental health and by talking about it we can support ourselves and others. If you would like to learn more and get involved, follow this link to the official time to talk day website.
