As part of the Library’s commitment to ensuring our services meet the needs of UHCW NHS Trust staff, we’re reviewing the content and delivery of our knowledge and information skills training programme.

We’d love to get your views about what you need and expect from knowledge and information skills training and we’ll use your responses review and develop both our training sessions and the resources we have to support them. 

We last surveyed our users back in 2020 (you can see the results here) and as we've now had our new programme in place for 4 years, it feels like an appropriate opportunity to find out whether the changes we made work for you. Whether you are a brand-new member of staff, or you've been using our services for years, all opinions are welcome and we'd be glad to receive your thoughts and feedback.

It should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete and you can respond anonymously. However, you also have the option to enter your email address if you would like to book training session with our Knowledge Skills Librarian.
