Are you studying for a degree, enrolled on a CPD course, or about to take on a Master's? Take a well-earned break and join us at the first UHCW Learners’ Café: a relaxed and friendly event for anyone studying at any level.
Meet fellow learners, share your experiences, and find out more about the support available to you at UHCW. Whether you’re looking for guidance, a moment for mindfulness, or simply to meet others who understand the perils of managing the work/study balance, we hope you’ll find it here. We’ll also be offering:
- Free refreshments!
- Games, puzzles and calming, mindful activities.
- Opportunities to win prizes in exchange for your feedback!
When: Wednesday 11th June 12pm – 2pm
Where: 1st floor atrium, Clinical Sciences Building
Hosted by: UHCW Education Shared Decision-Making Council and Knowledge and Library Services
If you can't make it on the day, the Education SDM Council would still love to hear from anyone learning at UHCW.
- What’s it like learning while working?
- What helps you stay motivated?
- What gets in your way?
Share your experiences (anonymously) with us and other UHCW learners here: https://padlet.com/bethjacksonuhcw/LearningBarriers
Your feedback will inform future Education Council projects and help support you and others on the same path.
